Can Muslims Marry Non-Muslims?

Quick answer It depends

According to the Qur'an (5:5), a Muslim man may marry a chaste Christian or Jewish woman, although many scholars discourage it today. A Muslim woman may not marry a non-Muslim man, according to scholarly consensus. Marrying someone of another faith is not permitted for either. Marrying a cousin is halal in Islam.
